  • There are exercises that you can do to strengthen the muscles in your shins, I don't know if it actually works though. There are video's on youtube about it. Hope this helps!
  • Hey i've just completed day 1 of level 3. It is a really good workout and Jillian is a really good motivator which makes me keep going and doing it every time. It is the best workout dvd that I have come across without getting bored. I actually found level 3 easier than level 2 if that helps. Good luck! Sophie
  • Hi i'm also doing 30 day shred and if you have an iphone or ipad there's an app you can get that calculates how many calories you would burn for each level depending on the weight that you are which is what I use because I don't have a HRM either.
