Good morning all! 110 this morning. I hate that I have to take the injection but it does work. I take it at night as my numbers are usually over 200 (despite efforts).

WTH....267!! Ate a lite low carb dinner because I was already at 201 before dinner. UGH this sucks. My biggest diet problem is BREAD...and consistent exercise.

I recently read something that said that with diabetes your blood sugar can drop dramatically after exercise. so yes keep glucometer handy and also some kind of snack that will give you a quick boost. i am in the learning stages as I just found out I have T2D

I was like that day 4. Day 5 I was back to normal.

Had 2 eggs, a piece of sausage and a banana for breakfast; Lunch was 2 pieces baked chicken, green beans, half of an avocado and a roma tomato. I'm on my 9th cup of water (2nd 20 oz bottle plus 32 oz ice tea). I won't be home until later so not sure what dinner will entail.

I use my S Heath for hiking and walking, and use the pedometer a lot more now too. They all seem pretty accurate. With run keeper j van be side by side with my friend for an entire walk or huke, and we will haVe way different readings. Have you figured out how to log your daily steps?

I like to measure at my belly button as I have a bit of an overhang (lol). I started at 324, have no clue the measurements but was wearing a 44C bra and 26/28-30/32 in clothes. I have 4 meals and 2 snaks each day. Around 10 today I had 4 oz chicken, 2 florets of cauliflower and 1/2 apple. Around 1 today I had 3 oz tilapia, 1/2 c quinoa, 1/3rd of a yam and 3 large strawberries.... for afternoon snak I will have a powercrunch protein energy bar.

haven't ignored the whole egg thing... and it's not that I don't like eggs, I just realized I didn't like them EVERY DAY... I am trying to stay on the plan ( for the most part..LOL) thank you all for the suggestions.

So my trainer suggested Muscle Milk (low fat/fat free) blended with the oatmeat and fruit. . . or Greek Yogurt.... The few greek yogurts that I have tried I haven't liked though.
