So glad there's a new season! I really didn't like that many people last season so I was kind of disappointed. I have to say thought, watching all of those people transform before my eyes is very inspiring!

These are all great ideas...thanks. I like the idea of eating beforehand because it does seem that "saving" calories can backfire. I will definitely do the added exercise too. This is such a good question and it confuses me too. I was reading a low fat cookbook yesterday and it would say for example, "Serivng size 8-10 servings, 210 calories per serving." I've heard about what you're talking about but for me personally...if I'd listened to my body all of these years I wouldn't be where I am now. Yes still exercise! Don't ever give up. You will lost that weight and in the meantime you are doing such great things for your body - inside and out!

One quick question....once I entered my exercise for the day...my calories jumped back up again. I don't need to eat those calories back again do I? This is the type of stuff I need to figure out...I'll get there! :)
