I have a few workouts I do. One is to run a 5K or 10K. when I watch TV, it goes by ok. I do a sprint workout: 5 minute warmup at 5 mph, then jump to 7 mph for 30 secs, then back down to 5 mpm for 2:30. I do that 10-15 times and then end with a cool down. Pyramid, 5 min warmup 5 mph, then every minute I go up by .2 mph.…

Did 40 minutes of intervals on the treadmill (2 1/2 at 5 mph, then 30 secs at 7mph). Going back this evening for a spin class.

Nope, not weird. Completely normal. Some days I look at myself and think, "looking good" then a hour later I think, "fat cow". Same body, same eyes, totally different image. It causes me to wonder what folks with Eating disorders see.
