Try taking it one choice at a time. We get so focused on the overall goal, we forget that it is the little steps that really got us there. I had a mini crisis this week, and I am refocused now on getting my water, logging everything and getting my exercise. Good luck to you!:flowerforyou:

I have a couple of bras that work well (Title Nine is a great place to shop online, because they will rank the bras based on support and size.) But for the other ones, I double up. compression is the biggest issue.

I am always cold now. I hope that once my body gets used to it, I will feel warm again. But I totally freeze now.:grumble: But being cold is much better than being 54 lbs heavier. I can take off the sweater. :laugh:
