  • Meh, probably a four, maybe a five. I don't think I need a bag for my face (on most days, anyway), but I definitely don't feel special. Just plain!
  • Lively and funny. :)
  • Frozen yoghurt with all the fixings--mochi, M&Ms, cheesecake bites... :)
  • Unless you're eating sushi every day, I don't think you should worry too much about it. If it's a frequent thing, I'd avoid maki, especially those with cream cheese, tempura, and mayonnaise. Feel free to fill up on sashimi, though, especially octopus!

  • Elliptical. I know it's a good workout, but it's kind of like jump roping for me--I get bored of it really, really quickly.
  • My brother's wedding is on June 1st, so I definitely need to get in on this! SW: 170 CW: 125 GW For the month of May: Ideally, 110. But I'll take 115, too! UGW: 105 Not sure about weigh-ins, though. I don't check numbers all that often because they make me crazy. Let's just say May 15th: May 31st:
  • I don't weigh myself, but here are my results so far. I just started level 3 yesterday. Day 1, day 5, day 15, and day 20. I have a hard time seeing if there's really a difference, but I thought I'd let you decide for yourself! I do feel much stronger, though. I used to never be able to do pushups, but they're easy-peasy…
  • Probably completely unrealistic, but definitely Iiniku Ushijima and Mariko Shinoda!
  • Pretty eyes and a cute nose. :blushing:
  • Before I started watching my intake, it was without a doubt a tie between Frosted Flakes and Frosted Mini-Wheats. Now, it's either Kix or Cheerios! I've always really liked both, so it's no loss, I think. I miss Lucky Charms, though.
  • Need to bump this so I can go back and re-read! I'm really confused about my BMR/TDEE, though. Last time I calculated it, my BMR is 1,250 or so without exercise. My TDEE is around 1,500. It's hard to find out what I should do--if I should just keep doing what I'm doing or if I should try upping my intake. I'm not looking…
  • Nothing today, but I know that tomorrow, I'm going to eat me some pizza and buy myself a Subway cookie.
  • Just throwing in my two cents: My parents would let my brother and I stay home alone when he was about 15. I was only six, he was old enough to watch me, and was responsible enough to know what to do in case of an emergency. However, they were overly-cautious and much more strict with him growing up than they were with me.…
  • I love Pinterest; it's a big, time-wasting black hole, but I can't get enough of it. I usually just use it to pin photos of good looking food and workout ideas, along with hobbies and stuff I like--Japanese street fashion, clothing, desserts, pretty women, etc. :) That's interesting! I always love finding new, low-calorie…
  • You can find a lot of these types of things on YouTube. I was addicted to watching them for a while! Though not technically a documentary, I enjoy watching "Supersize vs Superskinny". It's a British programme where two people, one with a high caloric intake and one with a low caloric intake, swap diets for a week (I…
