Hi all! I'm 22, turning 23 this year. Final year at college, studying English Literature, with minors in Film and Gender. I've been somewhat overweight since I was 7/8, and I feel like I've been trying to lose the last 15ish pounds for FOREVER. I'm 131lb now, and I'm aiming for 117lb. It doesn't help that I'm really short.…

I am a college student in Singapore! Trying to lose fat :) I would love a support system! I have a fitbit too and would like to have more friends on there (for weekly challenges and things like that).

Two years ago I didn't dare to pin my hair up because I felt my face (note: fat cheeks melding into my neck) would be too exposed. Now I'm totally fine with bunning it, even on public transport! The amount of times I have to pee per day!! D: I drink about 3L per day now. I think I pee every hour or maybe more...

OP I can relate. I clicked on the "Motivation and support" message boards for precisely the same reason you posted. I feel like I've been working out and eating right for weeks at least and then I notice it's only been 9 days into the new year -.- haha. Don't give up and keep going. :)

I wouldn't worry. Sometimes I feel hungry even after a normal meal. Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger fyi. If water doesn't work then get something to eat! Usually a portion smaller than what I usually eat for that food will be enough e.g. 0.5 ham sandwich rather than the whole thing.

I used to run at night (About 8-9pm) and it felt great because the weather was cooler, though now recently I've started working out in the mornings and I'm liking it as well. Fewer excuses to skip a workout now, and I tell myself that I won't get breakfast until after I've gone for a run :)
