Ok today's 75 are done and I got side tracked and missed yesterday's so I also completed yesterday's today :)

Ok so I also did my 60 before I saw the post. So I did them again but did the prisoner squats this time and it about killed me lol. Not sure if it was harder because of the type of squat or having done 60 already today.

You might be coming to far forward when your squatting. To make sure your doing them right maybe try putting a chair behind you and then squat down like your going to sit in it but just before you touch it squeez back up. Also make sure legs are hop width apart and you are pushing your tailbone towards the wall behind you…

That is probably the best NSV I have heard :) In all honesty it brought tears to my eye's, thank you for sharing. I hope, as a mom of four children, that my healthy habits I am trying to form influence my children positively too.

Hey just so you know there is NOT 200 calories in one cup of strawberries. There is only 53 calories per one cup of fresh sliced strawberries :) hope this helps!

Congrats on the NSV, you are very inspiring :) keep up the great work and I love the hubby sarcasm, too cute!!! Oh and 12 minutes is a huge accomplishment, you should be proud of yourself.

For me one one the worst parts is the last set of strength training. When I finsh the move with the weights on the floor and then get up to do the side lunges I feel light headed every time :(

I only got in 1.589 miles in so far this week :( I don't own a pedometer. I am hoping to log more in this weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) . Sorry it is definitely a challenge with a 22 month old and sixth month old.
