Also, I still track my food every single day because it's a useful tool to me. I need to see What and How much of something is going into my body. It helps me to keep track of what I'm doing and to keep on top of everything. I don't view it as a chore at all. I usually know what I'm having for all of my meals of the day.…

It won't be like this forever. Please take my advice. I started my journey at my Worst weight. 340 lbs. And in just over a years time, I have managed to lose 147 lbs. My struggle was tough and I had to be very disciplined, but I feel absolutely Amazing in my life right now. When I first started, I felt like I had Such a…

Also, I can't speak on behalf of other posters in this thread, but in my experience and in the experiences of people I know, None of them are with their first loves. Don't settle.

I am also 21 years old. So I feel like I can relate with you a lot on this issue, based on our ages alone. My boyfriend is also 21 years old. And we've almost been together for a year. A few months back, we broke up for a months time. This was because he felt he was missing out on things by being in a committed and long…

I don't necessarily plan out cheat days. And, it's more a cheat meal, rather than cheating for an entire day. For instance, this weekend is my boyfriends birthday and I'm taking him out for dinner. I'll have my normal breakfast and lunch and my work out for the day, but I'll have something I wouldn't normally eat for…

I weigh in once a week. Every Friday morning. It's the first thing I do when I wake up. I don't weight myself more than that because that can get REALLY discouraging because your weight fluctuates so much and that number can be dependant on absolutely Anything. So I think it's good to give your body a week.

Thank you for an Actual post. Of course I'm going to have sex with my boyfriend whether it's his birthday or not. And he's not into sports or beer. So I agree.
-
Clearly, he doesn't need a shotgun. Or anything of the likes. He will appreciate this gesture simply because I've run the idea past him on several ocassions. But, whatever.
-
People will be rude simply because they can be. Period. It was a simple question.

I am 5'10!

Thank you so much for the kind words and inspiration everyone. It's truly an amazing feeling. And we are all in this together. How did I do it? A lot of hard work. I didn't exercise for quite a while. I had a lot of weight to lose and I wanted to lose a bit of it before I started exercising. I didn't want my weight to be…

T'was merely a joke.

Chocolate is what brought me to this site to begin with.

I sneak out 15 minutes early from work every day.

I used to weigh myself once a week. I do find that seeing my progress is quite helpful. However, now that I am at the point where I don't have much weight to lose, I found myself stepping on the scale Every day, completely paranoid of everything I ate. And I was continuously unhappy because I felt I was working so hard for…

There is this one girl who goes to my gym. She always has 10 lbs of make up on and her hair all done up like she's going out to a night club of sorts. She doesn't even break a sweat. She'll jump on the treadmill for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. And wander around doing a couple reps of a machine. Come on, you're at the gym. Get…

Well. I'm used to losing 2 pounds weekly. Period. So, it's a bit of a change.
-
I feel good. I've just been stuck in and around the same weight for weeks now and it's getting a bit discouraging. Especially since I haven't eaten Anything bad or fatty. I've been completely clean with my diet.

I wonder the same about myself. My legs are definitely my biggest problem area and the area I am most worried about. I have never in my Entire life been able to feel confident in a pair of shorts. However, in September, I will be going to California with my boyfriend and I hope by then, I feel good and look good enough to…

Thanks for the great advice everyone. I don't force him, ever. And I don't nag him at all. It's just thoughts I've had to myself. I'm going to continue living my healthy lifestyle and if he chooses to follow suit, great. I just don't want him to get out of control with the eating. It's a bit harder to lose when you're 50,…
-
He is in no way a 'zero'. He's a fantastic man. He just needs some motivation. Clearly, you've never loved.
-
Oh I'm not forcing him by any means. It's just something that's been bothering me. Because he says he wants/needs it, but his actions say otherwise. He's by no means a bigger person. But my worry is if he keeps eating the way he does, he'll put on a lot of weight. He has put on 20 lbs since he met me and clearly, he's…

Thing is, I also haven't been exercising as much. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and I'm not able to exercise for another 2 weeks. Once I start moving around and exercising, will I notice more results?
-
Oh! It's not mine. My boyfriend and I went and got an old, traditional western photo done at a speciality boutique!
-
Sorry, I'm not sure if I understand. What is the purpose of that?
-
I totally understand that too. And the constipation might have something to do with it too. I have maybe 2 or 3 bowel movements a week. Which I'm starting to think isn't normal. I don't feel constipated, but I feel like I should be going more than I do. So today, I picked up so Benefibre, because I don't think I'm getting…
