Have you tried focusing on your protein? I did that and it really changed things for me. I'm 5'3" started around 198 and I'm down to 175 right now...I have a goal of 155-160. I would take more veggies to snack on. They are lower in calories so you can eat more of them and stay fuller. Drink more water, that will help. Daily. It's a good way for me to monitor, but it's also motivating to see how the choices I made the day before effected my body. I know it's not the most accurate measurement of health. But I like knowing where I'm at! :)

Hmm...I don't drink it often but when I do crave a soda I'm glad for the option. I never feel very fantastic afterward though. I know it's not the best option...but it seems better than a drink that's just chock full of sugar.
