For day 1 I took a nice bike ride with my daughter and did a whole lot of walking. Hope everyone had a fabulous first day!

My exercises today were a really fun bike ride with my daughter and walking. You ladies are all doing great! Keep up the hard work! I forgot to post for the emotional challenge. Lately, my excuses for overeating and making poor choices are "not having enough time" to prepare healthier foods and just being overwhelmed. I…

Its never to late to start over or get back on track. Each day is a new day and we learn from our mistakes. I lost 40 pounds and put 15 back on due to emotional eating. I'm trying to change that but its not easy when you've been doing it your whole life....but we'll get there with all of the support and encouragement on…

Sorry I'm getting in to this challenge late and trying to play catch up. I've update the document with my calorie burn for the weekend. I've also completed the following challenges: 50 Leg Raises (each side) 40 Squats 50 situps or ab crunches 25 Pushups 25 Lunges Also, here is my kid friendly recipe with nutrition info :…

I have done it and I have to say its a lot tougher than I thought it would be. Definitely a great work out. I didn't have a HRM when I was doing it though so I'm not sure how many calories I burned. Sorry :ohwell:

I set tattoo appointments for myself...I'm totally addicted to them and knowing I have a reward with a set date helps me stay on track

I LOVE ChaLean Extreme! I've finished one round and just started a second round this week. Its an awesome program. There are 3 strength days and 2 cardio days. The difference with ChaLEAN is that she pushes you to go slow, do less reps but use heavier weights on strength days. It leans you out quick and doesn't bulk you…

I'd love to join you! I'm part of another challenge but you really can't have to much support or encouragement! I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids (13, 11, 6) and I home school them all through a cyber charter school. I've been married to my hubby for 15 years and we run a home based business together while he is taking…

We have one and love it...especially when its the dead of winter and we don't want to be outside in 10" of snow for some grilled chicken lol. I would say though, if you get one, spring for the model with the removable plates...it'll make clean up a lot easier

You should stop eating about 3 hours before you go to bed

Congrats and great job! P90X ROCKS and so do you!! Keep "Bringing it"!

Hi everyone! My name is Jen and I'm just getting started on the Pink Team for this challenge. My starting weight is 160. I had been down to 145 at one point but have put 15 pounds back from all the emotional eating with the recent loss of my dad. I'm excited to get to know all of you!

Its a gimmick

The belly is the hardest part to get rid of. It really comes down to nutrition since it can't be spot reduced (Oh how I wish it could be though lol). A good balance of strength training and cardio coupled with excellent nutrition will get the job done:smile: I'm adding my before and after pics on my profile this morning so…

Awesome! I remember my first day...it was ugly lol. I would definitely get a heart rate monitor that tracks calories burned. It can be significantly different for each person. I just got an inexpensive one at Walmart over a year ago and it works great! Good luck on your P90X journey!
