I love all of the ideas I read above, especially all the spreadsheets on one link with tabs. I think it will be much easier for me to do this one...coming in so late to the current challenge was/is....well....a challenge. I think I'd have a much better grasp on things if I start from day one with everyone else :smile:

A food scale is great. Our family doctor just told us at a well visit that a portion size is generally equal to the palm of your hand. So we use that when we're on the go

Checking in...did LOTS of bike riding and walking today! I was able to go for a nice ride this morning by myself before the kids got up. My eating could have been better but today was my birthday so I won't be to hard on myself lol Great job so far everyone...keep it up!

I have mine set to public. It makes me stay more accountable when I know everyone can see it. I've never had anyone say anything mean or judgmental when I've had horrible eating days. Everyone has been supportive and can relate. Its a personal choice though, so you should do whats best for you :smile:

I do ChaLEAN Extreme, bike riding, walking and once a week I go on a 3 mile jog with my mom. Once I get our treadmill moved to our new house I'll be using that too :smile: You guys are all doing so great!! Keep it up!
