when i do one hour on the elliptical the app says 1062 for one hour but the machine says 800-840 depending on what day and how hard i push it, i always log it in using the machine's number.

It's hard. Starting Monday I just wanted to eat nothing but vegetables until Super Bowl Sunday. I was able to handle it Monday and Tuesday, but today I cheated. I didn't consume meat, but I had some junk food. I'll try again tomorrow to be as disciplined as I was Monday and Tuesday. Don't give up! ;)

thanks i got the Sportline Solo 915 and it had ECG Accurate on the back. Cost be $60 at Sports Authority. Lets see how this works out.

You're right. I'm not really gonna do anything big on my birthday. I'll aim more in the 7-10 pound range rather than 18 pounds.
