:) 1. Cutting portions 2. Making the calories count. Pick a lot of low calorie/healthy foods and you can have more of them and stay full longer. 3. enough sleep. If I dont get sleep, I will eat everything in sight. 4. Good support system. Do NOT be around life sucking people.

I drink 1-2 cups of hot green tea with lemon juice at night. :) Try that. One cup a day should be perfect and more cost effective.

I hope I can rub off on him. I do all of my workouts alone. I go hiking alone. Most of my daily activities are alone. Its been this way for over a year. He thinks that watching TV is quality time together. I would like to be able to at least go for walks with him.

I am staying the same weight. At least I havent gained. I want to drop 20 pounds. I bought jillian Michaels new book, "slim for life" and have been studying it. Very useful information. I paid off the debts I promised myself I would. I still hold a 4.0 in college.
