I live in Utah out side of SLC. In my town they allow 3 pets per home. If you are caught with more they take them from you and either put them down or place them for adoption. I have 2 cats and somedays I think it is to much to handle.

I am in the same boat as you right now. I am on my period and I ALWAYS crave fat. It took me 8 years to figure out what curved my cravings! TEA. Orange blossom Tazo hot tea. Almost any hot tea will calm me down, help with cramps and even my moods. :) Try a nice hot cup of tea. I buy a tin every period!

I usually eat Oatmeal and an apple. Under 200 calories and gets me by until lunch. :)

I love lemon pepper chicken. Recipes.com has great ideas. I mix it up with varieties like: Cold pasta salad vinaigrette with chicken Hot chicken with steamed rice and veggies (I Never get sick of this!) Hot berry chicken pie (similar to pot pie)
