Hey ppl! i am 27. I am starting my weight loss program from today. i plan to start with Jillian Michael's DVD Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack abs. was just looking of for some company for mutual motivation and support. i have to lose 30lbs :( I wasnt aware of this website. Gud to be here.
