Possibly go to the doctor to make sure all is well with your health Then take it one day at a time and don't starve yourself. Losing weight is a slow process for healthiness. Get plenty of rest, drink water, eat well, and enjoy life.

My suggestion is to get some resistance bands I would hold on to as much as possible right now. Keep exericsing with tapes and eating healthy. They say 80% is what you eat and 20% is exercise.

Hello Newbie, Welcome to "Myfitnesspal" enjoy I find it to be a great site only been on for a week. The community base helps to encourage and it seems to be a lot better than Weightwatchers in respect to calorie counting but I could be wrong. Enjoy and I hope you maintain your healthy life style.

Good job on taking control of your health. Ask the doctor. When you do any cardio your heart rate does go up if I am not mistaken but consult your doctor. No need to worry yourself unnecessarily.

Stop feeling guilty and eat no sugar and flour products for a couple of days. You can eat bad one day just don't make it a habit. Remember sugar and bread are addictive.:smile:

Seruki, You may be keeping on the weight due to stress. Don't take the pills it will tear the lining of your stomach. Just continue to eat well and be healthy with what you do in life.

That is funny oreos, etc. I am not diabetic and eat every few hours. I don't have a snack drawer I bring them each day. I take and mix sunflower seeds and raisins together. Try mixing raw veggies in small bites and add raisins for sweetness. You may have to bring the day of just a suggestion.
