I began to gain when I got in my 40's became less active - I got Saved and all they did was sit and eat never went anywhere that kept them moving. So, now still Saved but moving and no longer hang with them.

The gym for me I have like people working out and the atmosphere is charged with energy. Home I tend to relax and settle down for the evening.

Great story. That's a hard task. Today I wanted a bag of kettle chips - went to the cafe none - went to the vending machine none - i gave up was not going outside to the CVS too cold. So for me it wasn't available.

My son has heel spurts and went to the doctor and the doctor said he was over weight but gave him some solutions. Purchase the Nike 900's and up tennis shoes, and they build a shoe to fix your foot. But the doctor is the best bet so you won't damage anything else. Good Luck!:smile:

He was ignorant and probably had a bad day or just down right negative. Call and or go and speak to the manager and tell about his behavior because folks are trying to improve their health and he is a road block in our way. Do you have a Gold's Gym? I hope it wasn't Golds Gym. lol

Yum maybe treat yourself after eating well 6 out of 7 days and do portion control and eat it slow. I love chocolate and try to do in moderation.

My healthy suggestion is eat well. There is a diet called the "Rotation Diet" where you eat a certain amount of calories per day from 600 - 1200.
