1200 net. I am busy working full time with 2 toddlers. My goal is working out 5 times per week. I didn't reach that this past week though. Too busy running around preparing for Christmas dinner for 30. Luckily all the stress must have paid off because even though I cheated for the holiday no weight gain.0

49 yo female, 5'6", CW 198, down from 228 at the end of August. My TDEE without exercise is 1700, so I eat around 1200 to lose one pound a week. I exercise 3-4 days a week and don't eat those cals back, which gives me an extra 1/5 pound loss per week.
I eat higher protein and healthy fats, and lower sugar and white carbs. Lots of non starch veggies, lean proteins, nuts.0 -
800 calories a day. I'm on a supervised VLCD and am VERY obese so I'm ok on 800 cals due to having so much excess weight. I don't do any serious workouts- just a bit of walking and some light strength training.0

1800 - 2000...I do 3 heavy lifting sessions per week, I cycle everywhere, every day...and run up to 10 miles per week.0

I aim for between 1800 and 2000 a day (my goal weight/bf% maintenance level) to lose slowly. My eating habits should be second nature by the time I get to my goal.0

1300, sedentary for now.0

1400-1500/day (for 1/2 lb. weight loss/wk. - slowed myself down for right now). I generally try to exercise 3-4X a week for 45 minutes-an hour (fast walking/jogging/elliptical/strength), (although this week I've pretty much failed at that lol), and I usually eat most of my exercise calories back.0

I eat 1637 calories a day.
Yummy food.0 -
I eat ~1500 sometimes less sometimes more, I am soon going to start a stricter diet plan that I found online and am going to tweak it a bit to fit my own needs. I spent a few days trying to figure out my specific marcos and then went into MFP and fixed it for myself.0

I try to net 1600 and exercise 3-4 times a week burning 350-500 calories per my HRM. I'm averaging around 1.8 lbs loss/week.0
-
I used to aim for 1200 and now I aim for 1500. MFP tells me 1510. Today I had 1525 but I've exercised, so i'm not over. Probably on average I have 1400.
I usually exercise 5 times a week, a combination of personal training, gym on my own, spinning, aerobics and zumba. I also go for lots of walks with my children, and generally running round after my kids (they're 3 and 1) must burn a lot of calories. I also work part time as a teacher so I'm on my feet all day whilst at work.0 -
Anywhere from 1300-1600 a day.
It depends on my TDEE for the day. I have a fitbit so it tracks me daily as some days i am more active than others.0 -
20% cut from TDEE, so around 1600. I don't eat exercise calories back, but will on special occasions when I need them.0
-
between 1400 to 1700 cals daily depending on if it's a workout day or not.... i work out 5 -7 days a week depending on my mood...0
-
Approximately 1700 cals a day, give or take some. Workout 5 days a week avg burn is 600 cals per HRM to lose anywhere between 0.5-1lb per week. I am slowly increasing my clas to determine my maintenance cals.0
-
1100-1300 with 20-30 minutes of exercise. I was eating back exercise calories but I'm not currently.0
-
2300/day without fail. TDEE-1000. I recalculate every 10 pounds of weight loss to avoid plateaus.0
