Around 1300 - 1500 calories. I'm 5'2", 27 and I do brisk walking everyday for 45 mins. to an hour and hit the elliptical trainer and stair master everyday too. Starting weight: 138 lbs. current weight: 132.4 target weight: 107 or 110 lbs.0

MFP has me set up for 1330, so around there - it's much harder at the moment though! I try and work out a few hours a week.0
-
1200-1700, depends on the day and how hungry I am or whatever. My maintenance cals are 1600-1700.0
-
1200 calories a day, more if I exercise.0
-
I try to eat around 1200, but sometimes don't even come near it as I'm not very active, and don't get very hungry now that I'm eating more protein.0
-
Currently 2,750 but will probably be increasing this weekend.0
-
1200-1400 per day, i´m 174 cm, and i exersice about 1 hours 5-6 days a week, i think it´s working for me, im full of energy all day and never hungry0

About 1800-2000 when I'm in a deficit.
About 2500 when I'm maintaining.
I guess I should clarify that I'm 5'6", 29 years old. I currently weigh 184. I exercise 4-5 times a week, for 30-60 minutes at a time.0 -
My nutritionist told me I should eat 1600 per day so that is where I stay. Some days I don't even get that many - more like 1400. I work a part time retail job three nights a week and work out three nights a week.0
-
I am 6ft, 168lbs and on 2,000 a day. I lift 3x a week at least and starting spinning too.0
-
5'2 112 lb 32 yo; I've been maintaining since June and eat between 2000-2200 while cycling calories. I'm pretty active in that I lift 3 days a week, run 3-4 times a week and do 1-2 sessions of crossfit.0

I have a desk job, but do some kind of vigorous exercise every day. Usually 6+ hours a week of exercise.
I eat no less than 1500 calories a day, and frequently go up to 2500 calories several days a week.
5'7", 131(ish), 43 years old.0 -
Currently 1500 - 1800; will probably bump this up 1800-2000 in the new year as I am almost at my goal weight and I'll need the extra cals to put on muscle.
I exercise generally 6 times a week, 3 to 4 strength sessions and 3 to 4 runs (between 3 and 7 miles depending on what my body's saying on the day); throw in the yoga and pilates as well.0 -
My new focus is on muscle and I have been impressed from those that lift heavy plus eat so--I have my cals set at 2000 and may eat 200-300 more on workout days. I am 5'4" and currently 139 lbs.0

I was eating 1200 calories a day but got wise on MFP and have increased to 1600 a day. I plan to increase further up to 2000 (TDEE) and see if I can do that without gaining... Once there I plan to cut to 1700 and see if the weight starts coming off. It's all a guessing game but I've learned that I was getting no where fast eating at such a low calorie pace - 1200 was terrible and I'm so much happier being able to EAT!0

My normal calorie goal is to stick between 1800 and 1900. I ate over 4000 on Christmas and 3000 the day after, then 2100, so I am gradually getting back on track.
ETA: Forgot to add that I am lightly active. I have a desk job, and do a bit of light cardio 3-4 times a week, and I have two teenagers and a husband that I clean up after. My TDEE is 2550/day.0 -
1500 for a loss of 1.5lbs of FAT per week, will change that when I want to lose 15lbs.0
-
I try to keep my weekly net average around 1250 or 1300 per day. And I run/strength train/rock climb five or six days per week -- plus run around with two crazy dogs and walk a lot.
On Christmas I ate 3200 and the day after Christmas I had 1900. Now I'm back down to 1200 to balance it out.0 -
I eat about 1700-1800 calories a day and work out about 4 or 5 times a week.0
-
I'm 5'0" and weigh about 110lbs.
I try to consume between 800-1200 per day with running 4 miles, which can burn just around 400 calories. My net calories consumed winds up being roughly 400-800. This may be bad, but I try to consume just enough to not starve myself.
I am crying, reading this. Please seek help. :flowerforyou:0 -
1300 -1400 on a non workout day...1600 -1800 on a workout day0
-
I eat at 2000-2200 calories on rest days and more than that on days that I exercise (3-5 days/week) And that is to lose 1 lb/week .0
-
About 2200 on average. Maybe more on the weekends.0
-
1260 or so NET.
500 calorie workout so, around 1700 taken in--total food.0 -
1200-1500, depending on if I exercise that day or not.0
-
1770 for maintenece. Right now am trying to keep it down to about 1200 to 1500. Off work for the week and not getting my "normal" workout.
So far not so good. :grumble: I'm over a wee bit every day so far and have noticed a litte gain of 3 lbs. If it is true gain or water weight is the main question for me.0 -
I aim for a weekly net average of about 1200 per day, not stressed if its slightly over or under (though i aim for over to stay "healthy"). When i workout i eat those calories back (3-5 times per weak goal). Once i hit my goal weight i'll jump up to around 1400-1500 per day (and will always eat back whatever i workout ... yum).0
-
1300 cals/day and I work out 4 times/ week.0
-
non-workout days=around 1660-1700
hard workout days = 21000
