  • Yeah, I never liked the thought of 'products' helping you with getting healthy. But..I was extremely surprised after I decided to try it out. I used to drink the 0Cal Monsters, but now Spark is what I drink, and as you all can imagine it's so much better haha.

  • I normally wait until the middle (the worst time) and then use my off day to get better and takes ibuprofen :x But I always watch what I eat to make sure I stay at 1200 if I do end up not working out.

  • I never have left overs. We cook 2chicken breasts, or 1steak(split in half). - The only left overs there are is the Salad, which I have been bringing to eat faster since my SO normally doesn't do Salads.
  • For some reason water just makes me feel really empty. I try to bring lots of snacks with me that I can munch on all day. Like Banana Apple Orange Grapes Strawberries They are all super low in Calories, so it doesn't hurt to eat them :)

  • When I do cardio like that my legs are never sore. - It's once I start getting into the strength training, and Boot Camp type exercises (multiple exercises that only last 1-2mins) that is when I find myself getting sore after the fact!

  • Panera bread is amazingly delicious, they also list their calories on their website. - The only thing I would keep in mind is that their Sodium is through the roof, so make sure to drink TONS of water!

  • Yeah it lasts longer than dairy. - I bought my Soy Milk April 4th and it lasts until May 28th - my normal 2% milk usually only lasted 15~days
