Yeah, there are some days that I just feel like I don't want to clean house and get suuuuper lazy! On the days that I start the day with doing nothing, or on the days I take a nap I always kick myself in the butt afterward.

I know exactly what you mean! I had gone through and lose about 10lbs, before I started a new schedule, unfortunately for me it took me a while to find a new schedule that worked for me physically and mentally - but by that time months had gone past and I had gained the 10lbs back! The best advise I can give to someone who…

Haha, I'm super bored as well, but I gotta cook dinner, then hopefully watch a good program to go with it! Scrubs!

Hmm to be honest it might be a different type of diabetes! - This might sound silly to you, or it might make perfect sense. Diabetes Insipidus - In basic terms your pituitary gland is having a hard time regulating the water in your body, so you experience dehydration and thirst. There is no way to tell if you have this…

Great job! :) You look amazing. Grats on your loss!

Congrats on your loss ^_^ That's a lot of weight to lose! For Mini goal I try to keep low so I don't disappoint myself if something comes up (example, getting sick and not being able to work out for a week). - I try to stick with a 6-8lb weight loss every month. Keep in mind, the smaller you are the longer it takes to shed…

:) Ahh I never knew!

Yeah, I have a huge problem with that, my tummy is a lot smaller than my thighs and this is where I have the most problem.. it seems most jeans are made for girls with thin legs. I'll just say I have child bearing hips! (\o/) Sometimes I have to look in the mens section for jeans that fit my waist and hang down properly!

Hmm.. I have no idea. I guess if I had to assume, you should probably remove 10-20mins from your exercises, or eat more healthy food to put the weight on. Lol..Not sure ;) i'm trying to lose weight! Best of luck ^^
-
Nice ^^ Side view shows you've done some serious work! Keep it up :D
-
:D Great to have you long for the run! Best of luck, and keep it up!

^^ Welcome! Hardest part is admitting, and showing yourself that a huge change in your life will be better for you. Starting up with this website is extremely helpful. There are so many success stories, and people going through hard times together which makes it that much easier to know that you're not alone in your fight!…

I would keep on track. Also remember that when you are sick normally people eat things like Chicken Noodle Soup, or other soups which have a high intake of Sodium, that sodium can start soaking up the water - It's possible what you're experiencing is more water weight than anything. Remember that it can take up to 2days to…

Apparently my Texas drivers license doesn't show your weight! Whoo! But my Oklahoma one that I still have says 145 :( I'm a good 45lbs heavier than that!

^_^ Congrats on your achievement! That's so amazing :D

Quite a few things I'm not into. Soda, Candy bars, Cake, fried foods, chocolate in general, really sweet anything, Sweet iced tea. Bu I do like Chips, Ice cream, frozen yogurt, and smoothies ;p They are pretty much my weakness!

Welcome :) Best of luck kicking butt! With siblings as motivation it can't fail!

Welcome :D I can't wait to see your progress and success, best of luck to you. Kicking the habit is the hardest part, but in the end, the most rewarding!

-
Hey :) I was/am in the same situation you are, my job was extremely demanding of me physically, at least 40hrs a week I was on my feet and moving. Then I changed to a different job, office style and put on 45lbs! Since my 3years at my job now I haven't see my metabolism get used to my new sit down job. - And I've stayed at…

Ohai and Welcome! 4lbs is great start! Remember that your body needs to get used to the new ways you're forcing on it. - This is a complete life style change. But don't worry, cause we're all looking to make that change together! And remember, some weeks you win some, and you lose some. The most important thing is to keep…

Last time I tried Atkins I lost a good 15-20lbs in a month, it was insane. The only thing is, it was probably mostly water weight! Once you start eating those carbs again you'll gain most of it back :x
