Hello all --- I agree with the term "releasing" because I sure don't want these pounds to find me again! Just about a month into MFP and really enjoying all the wonderful support. I started off at 348# and just working day by day to make progress.

1/7/2013 340.2 1/14/2013 334.6 -5.6 - I'm am amazed at my first two weeks! Granted I have a bit more to "release" than some. Thanks all for your support --- I'm also looking for any additional friends, so send me a request if you would like. On to a great next weeks for all!!!!!
