We have a recumbent bike at home. Definitely more comfy than those itty bitty seats. We watch TV when we use ours.

I joined WW about 10 years ago and lost 55 lbs. That was on the old plan. I gained about 15 lbs back and tried them this time on the new Points Plus. I couldn't drop a pound. I had mine removed 5 years ago. I will say that if I eat a meal heavy with fats, I feel it.

This absolutely what I did when I was on PP. I didn't have the accountability. I still eat fruit but now I'm counting the calories.

I lost 55 lbs with WW and pretty much kept it off except maybe 15 or so pounds. I just started MFP because I found that the new points system (without calories in the formula) just didn't help me shed these 15 lbs. I feel more in control with MFP and I love having friends that cheer me on.

I've had my babies and now I'm done. I'm trying to maintain but it's hard. The lower carb thing kills me and I wind up gaining weight if I don't pay close attention to what I'm eating.

I used Clomid to get pregnant with my first child. After that, I decided to lose weight. I found that after I lost 30# and was about 170, my cycle started back up on its own. I conceived my other 2 kids naturally.
