38 here. I'm 5'6" and 149 right now. I lost 60 lbs in my early thirties but gained 15 back. Since August, I've lost those 15 but I want to lose the muffin top so I need to lose a bit more. I want to start my 40s fit and strong!

Hi, I lost 60 lbs with WW, too. I wound up gaining 15 lbs back over the past couple of years. I found I really didn't like the new WW points system so I started here. I lost 15 lbs so far and plan to lose another 10 or so (trying to lose the ever present muffin top). Add me if you like!

Mom of 3 with PCOS. Losing weight can be done. After the birth of my first, I lost almost 60 lbs and maintained (in between pregnancies 2 and 3) until last year. I agree. Instead of talking about counting calories I talk about making healthy food choices so I can be healthy. Also, I don't eat any differently than them. I don't make myself a special meal. The only time we don't eat the same things is if I make a veggie they don't like. ETA: Just wanted to add, I'm very careful not…

This happened to me this week, too. According to the scale, I gained 1.8 lbs. Try taking measurements as well. My measurements showed I had lost 3 inches total despite a gain on the scale.

It depends on how long I've been jogging. In the beginning: a bright "Good Morning!"; in the middle: a smile and a "Hi!" and toward the end: a wave and a grimace.
