Yea wasn't sure. Thought I put it in there but I was eating 2500-2600 calories a day. My TDEE was 2985 then. But it's since gone up to 3459 now since I am way more active than I was so I'm trying to get 2800 - 2900 calories in. A lot harder to do healthy than at fast food lol.

It was really hard to wrap my head around the fact that I was eating the exact same way that some 600 lb people were eating. Thank god the thought of getting to that point makes me sick and gives me a lot of motivation to keep going when I don't want to be.

Great Job! I totally felt it the last time I had to goto another gym. My whole workout was horrible couldn't wait to get out of there. Was so happy when I got back that I busted it out like nobody's business.

He is but I kinda think its from gravity because you notice his back is pretty straight till he starts going up. I think it'd be had to keep your back completely straight at 390 pounds. I know it should be relative to how much muscle you have. Plus I think thats about 90 percent of his max bound to be some breakdown.

I wouldn't down them at all if anything maybe consider upping them. However, since you're pretty short and don't weigh very much 1500 calories seems about right. I really believe in calories being calories. But I have heard somethings about not drinking your calories. I think those were more in reference to soda though. I ate 3000 calories at jack in the box last night. Yes, it was intentional. Still within my calorie limits. But you need to be informed on what you're going to eat before you get there. Some of the things can be deceptively high.
