there are different variations on products, look at what you're eating, take a look at the calories and main macros, and then look it up, if you don't find one that exactly matches, just add it yourself, it takes like less than a min and then you know it's correct. When it's things like meat or something that don't have…

I do like the taste, I said that, I said I sometimes want something sweeter and I get it on my break from work: 15 mins: starbucks drive through

I think everyone missed the fact that this is from starbucks: I'm not brewing this tea by myself nor do I have a slew of things to add to it, just what they have there

In asia I've seen a lot of more healthy white rice, that has a purple color to it because there is some black rice in there that makes it all look purply. It's less processed then the super white stuff I guess. But while brown rice has more nutrients, it often has more calories, so from a caloric point of view, plain…

if you're only eating 1200 calories and burning off that much and not eating any of those calories back you're starving your body. Also "low fat" isn't necesarily a good thing, you should be trying to eat 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. Your carbs should come from whole grains and fruit mostly, fat from dairy, nuts,…

did you check reviews before buying it and set it up properly? The machines supposedly calculate for a 150 pound person, so if you weigh much more than that and didn't input the right weight and age and stuff then your HRM is probably correct. However, if you did input age and weight or weigh right around 150 then I would…

show stopper you're still 152 and 20% haha I'm 5'7" if that helps the next person

super easy, cheap, and good. EAS whey protein powder (chocolate) I've seen it at target, CVS, walmart, costco, all those places, it's cheap usually likr 15-20 for a big tub, it has 26 grams of protein and little else, it has 150 calories, it tastes like cold hot chocolate (cause you know how hot chocolate is less creamy…

show_stopper if you were 5'7" 152 and 20%

could be a couple things, your body is used to them and so it needs time to adjust, or you need more carbs, are you hitting or around your carb macro? cause you do need carbs and while veggies and stuff have them a lot of them don't have very much. So make sure you get enough. Try eating more like whole grain, slow…

I hate to break it to you, but that's not sabotage. 1. you didn't eat it, which means you have gained self control, which means if he wants junk food around the house you CAN say no and just don't eat it. 2. you can't control other peoples lives forever, maybe he's fine with a little bit of time without junk food but he…

if anyone posted something like that on facebook I would probably be like what an attention seeker, even though i weigh the same amount and am not happy with it I would never post that on facebook because...that's a weird thing to post...especially if you're uncomfortable with it why would you want to tell the world now…

few options here: do yoga, buy a video set or do videos off of youtube or other aerobics videos I say screw the neighbors don't do it early in the morning or late at night and if they don't complain keep going for it. or go to a park in a secluded place and do things. As for the bra, i think you really need to spend the…

there are a few reasons: 1. they just give their kids "kid foods" which in america aren't very healthy usually 2. you only see them eating out where it might be a special treat and they're having something "bad" as a treat and/or 3. there is a very limited menu and few things that a kid will eat Also kids portions should…

I'm 5% body fat away from my goal, which is probably like 9 lbs of body fat but it's not a numbers game for me

well I'm intolerant also, but if you don't have celiacs you will probably be fine just not eating things with gluten, but not bothering eating like "certified" gf stuff. Like I eat things that are processed in the same facility as wheat or something and I don't have issues. I just read ingredients for any ingredients that…

They should do a fitness test, or if that is too much at least do it by body fat percentage because some skinny kids are naturally thin but totally out of shape and might have a really high body fat percentage making it more dangerous for them to attempt these tasks than the kids that weigh more but are in good shape.

Hi can you estimate me i'm focusing on reducing BF%, but I don't know what mine is right now. I'm 19 years old, I'm about 5'7", I'm about 155 pounds (Haven't weighed myself in a while though, so I may weigh more but my size hasn't changed I know that..) my biggest problem areas are my sort of front torso in general, but…

I'm 5'7" and I am no longer focusing on weight loss but body composition. So i'm cutting down cardio and focusing on weight lifting as much as possible. I've had a lot of success with healthy weight loss though so feel free to add me.

How much I work out as in lifting kind of depends, but ideally 3 days a week lifting, and 3 days a week cardio, because most people say lifting more than 3 day a week can be bad. But I would be willing to cut back on cardio and increase lifting. My workouts are usually pretty short, like I follow NROL but I don't take the…
