lactose - everything but yoghurt with cultures and cream makes me react. and soy products - soy milk and soy beans. worst of both worlds. :(

DO NOT GO ON THE ROD/IMPLANON/STICK. makes you gain weight like crazy, wrecks your cycle and makes you depressed. not worth it.

on the bright side, i live in australia, and its summer, so theres less possibility of masses of comfort food, and more light, fresh foods like salads and lean meats, coz thats how we roll :)

i've been using isowhey complete all year, its specifically designed for weightloss, and its 40% whey. it works pretty well considering ive lost about 8kg

i did zumba once a week for 6 weeks it's really good fun, but you would have to either combine it with other training, or do it multiple times a week to get the full benefits its great for helping with endurance :)

i dont know about you, but the elliptical absolutely kills me after 5 minutes, yet i can jog on the treadmill for upto 15 minutes... elliptical does use more muscles however. i prefer the treadmill because i also run on the days when im not at the gym, and it helps increase my endurance, for inclines and stuff :)
