yeah my stomach looks bad as well. my son just turned 1 and i still have them. they are lighter now tho. i started going tanning after i had my son because everyone told me it would help reduce the appearance of the marks and it DID!!

sorry, i just need to vent..i was so motivated to start this group again this month and now i have lost ALL motivation..i worked out about 5 or 6 days a week the past 2 months and only lost about 4 lbs ( but i fluctuate soooo much), and now i havent gone to the gym for 2 weeks and im not eating healthy and am starting to…

i have that dvd and i do it on days i cant make it to the gym..its not high impact, i have a bad knee and im fine doing it..it goes by soo fast..good luck

hmm only challenge i can think of is maybe trying to reach 1000 crunches by the end of the week..or to do 100 a day? just a suggestion
