Also I loose bout 2 too 3 pounds a week.

Did you say you wanted to loose 2 pounds a week? If so when I say that it tells me 1460. Go to a pound and a half it's 1760. I work out a lot and for my height I need more then 1460.

I'm a 6-2 female and it even tells me to et 1760. So up them some and what helped me loose wieght is staying away from certain carbs no bread crackers that stuff eat fruit an veggies to et carbs.

I'm 6'2. I weigh 205 right now had a baby loosing from that since I started this lost 22 pounds my goal weight go now is 180 that's a healthy bmi. I'm more muscle then fat. Body fat percentage right now is only 21 so I don't want to loose to much ill be to skinny

I'm 6-2 I had a baby 10 month ago so loosing wieght from that. I'm 204 now was 227 starting. My goal wieght is 190. I gain muscle easy so don't want to loose my curves.
