I don't think I have eaten an oreo in one piece. It's always pulled apart. But for me it's the whole package inside and all!

Technically you shouldn't work muscle groups back to back because if you are going for muscle growth as it's seen as a detriment due to the fact that your creating little tears in your muscles that need time to heal. I think a 30 day shred video is more focused on activity that gets you to lose weight and not a muscle…

Bit late on my response but my philosophy is I am not on a diet while on vacation. I don't go crazy but I don't nit pick everything I am eating. Plenty of fresh seafood available there. I go on vacation to relax and pick up where I left off when I return. Have a good trip!

I have lost almost 30 lbs in about 4 months and have not given up drinking. I record everything in my diary and make room for the calories. I usually give my "best" estimate on what it is then over count on the calories just to be safe.
