a jacket and pants can definitely be four pounds that's why I always weigh naked and at the same time every day for my results are consistent. I don't think you've gained any weight just a natural fluctuation

Oh and I forgot not being able to weigh myself because I don't have access to my scale in the morning when I wake up. I could weigh myself later on in the day but its just seems more accurate first thing in the morning.

Simple: Having to lose weight you've already lost before :( Luckily its not much but I refuse to change my ticker to my higher weight so my only choice is to keep going until my ticker is true

I schedule snacks for 11pm, 2am and 5am. Tonight I ate green apples, an ice cream bar, and a protein bar (Less than 400 calories total). I don't like eating my calories at work I rather save them for dinner with my boyfriend before I go to work.
