24 hours goal: 17.5 hours down and 6.5 left! My 30 hours goal: 17.5 hours down and 12.5 left! Going to my family reunion this weekend so I won't be able to get in my 6 hours like I usually do. I am going to try taking a lot of walks and even still do my C25k so I can at least get three hours in.

I think a lot of its mental. I just did session 2 of week 2. Before I step on the track every time I get a little anxiety. Wondering if ill be able to get through. Even now I'm sooo scared of week 3, but I will step on that track and at least try before psyching myself out that I can't do it.

I am 25 started at 350 and currently 265 (weigh in day tomorrow so hopefully 260 *fingers crossed*). I'm 5'8 and my gw is 150 so 200 pounds overall and 115 left! We can do this! I'm from the south so I know exactly what you mean with the cooking and have also always been heavy.
