Well I cant figure out how to post pics, but overall I lost 13 pounds, and lost 14 inches overall, and dropped a pant size. I started doing Jillian Michaels's fat burning and metabolism booster because its more cardio intensive. I know that I built new muscles especially in my arms but what's the point of having muscles if…
