I just found out today that I have PCOS and the dr. wants me to eat 50 a day also. I just went through some of my fridge and started throwing stuff out. I'm trying to find a 30 day meal plan that I can use until I get used to it. Ugh. If anyone has any more tips or tricks that would be great!

I am really tired of eating oatmeal and I like my oatmeal really thin. I just had Qia by Nature's Path and it is amazing! It has chia, hemp, and buckwheat. It is good for protein, fiber, and your omegas. It has a great consistency!

I'm in the same boat. I lost 35 but the past years just can't get back on track. This is the year I finish what I started. I need to lose around 50lbs and I want to run a 5k by the time spring rolls around. I need all the motivation I can get! Good luck to everyone!

This is also very hard for me but its the following day that's hard. I am always so hungry because I usually don't eat much for dinner the night before and the general lack of sleep doesn't help. I'm still trying to find a happy medium with all of it but its hard. Good luck!!!

I am 27. I have a 16 month old and since having her, I've lost around 35 lbs plus the baby weight. I have 40 lbs left to lose but I have hit a plateau and nothing has budged for about 2 months. It sucks but I'm sticking with it. Good luck everyone!

Ok so I got 1746 for my BMR. My TDEE was 2095 but 20% less of that is 1676. So I want to eat 1676 a day and eat back my calories burned when I exercise right?
