looks like the fat acceptance movement has pressured SI to make there cover models more average looking with acheivable physiques due to dieting and no exercise. No muscle tone, would not plow that field.

Wow you must be some sort of pro athlete. Most people can only max out at 10cal/min for sustained activity.

Weight lifting probably burns somewhere between 5-7 calories a minute. Since most of it is spent resting.

Sorry to say but there is really no way your burning 20 calories a minute. Id say the BMF is closer as most non preformance athletes can only manage of steady output closer to 10 cal/min

This is a site to count calories, to many people rely on the crutch of internet friends telling them how awesome they are. People need to learn how to stand on their own, thats when the successes will come.

eat about 1.5lbs of 1% or 2% cottage cheese every day. Havent died or gotten fat.

You should do nothing but bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, leg ext and leg curls. 5 x a week. Should get you to where you want to go.

i still get a laugh at people who think a binge is about 2k calories over their TDEE. Thats just a simple refeed.

99% of the time that is the case, but my feeding windows is 9am-5pm, on special occasions ill eat later but skipping dinner is much easier than skipping breakfast for me.

charge it, put it on your arm, eat 500 calories less then your estimated burn for the day.
