What if your daily calorie allotment is 4000 like me, why should i be forced to fill up my other 2500 (based on the average person here intaking 1500 calorie a day) calories with boring *kitten* vegetables? Why cant i have my staple chocolate bar before my workout?

You wont just burn up muscle because you havent eaten in 8 hours. The primary energy source for weightlifting or HIT is glycogen which is stored carbohydrates in the working muscle. So really you dont even need to eat anything before. Make sure you hit your macros for the day and profit.

Probably wouldnt have cheerios as it wouldnt be as filling or as micro dense as the same calories in oatmeal. /trollface

Explain to me how you are not getting the micros you need for healthy living from a multivitamin pill, but somehow you are through a couple servings of veggies and some spinach?

Over use is different from over training. Over training refers to the psychological breakdown as a result of CNS fatigue and rarely happens. Over use injuries are a different matter and yes happen quite frequently.

I doubt youd over train on that. Not a lot of nervous system taxation there. Think youll be ok. People grossly under estimate the human body. Overtraining is mostly a myth.

Im not overly concerned with your triceps getting worked every day, they are small and can recover fast. brb body weight circuit training is to intense for kids. And hell very few kids will actually push themselves to the point of injury. Most will just give up and sit down, or ask to go to the library to and work on a fitness related case study or something.

No they dont want us to be fat, they just want us to eat more, it just so happens overeating tends to lead to being fat. Hell if the average population were professional athletes training 3 times a day with caloric intakes of 6-7k a day to maintain weight, they'd be even happier.

rarely can get full, as some of my close friends have witnessed. There really is no limit on how much food i can pack into my stomach. I just have to be careful, hit my calorie goal and let it be.

nothing really, its gonna suck. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Maybe drink copious amounts of water. Eat high volume veggies such as cabbage, spinach, lettuce etc with meals. Stay busy, dont sit and dwell about food. Get up and do something.

Fat people do not need more calories then their skinnier counter parts. Sure they burn more calories just by moving, but they have massive fat stores in which to draw from.

He may be trying to cut. Id suggest having a donut or two during the day to bump up your calories. **** I ate around 4k yesterday in nothing but protein, yogurt,fruit. Learn to eat bigger or stay forever small.

I rarely eat green veggie, or any vegetables for that matter. They taste like crap, i just supplement my diet with "greens" powder, multi vitamins, and well i do consume copious amounts of fruit.
