Tons of crystal lite and mio with my gallons of water. Also i find hot (not spicy) foods like soup tend to keep me more satiated.

Then you literally have no idea if your calorie intake changed or not.

Supposedly the benefits from fasting start around the 12hr mark. Also it would depend on the composition and size of your last meal. If its a 150 calorie whey shake, youd enter a "fasted" state much sooner then a 2000 calorie meal of steak, veggie, potatoes.
-
Then you will need a calorie deficit not macro elimination.
-
Thats not really true, BCAA's do indeed have calories. Leucine infact has 7 cal/g
-
You will be fine lifting fasted, i wouldnt waste your money on BCAA's as long as you have sufficient protein at the end of the day youll be just fine. Give it a shot, see how your lifting goes. If you arnt able to lift at capacity, get some liquid carbs/protein in you before hand.

You're obviously paleo, i highly doubt your cavemen had the abundance of micro nutrients even the most junk filled diet provides today.
-
I also get a bit of a kick of clean eaters heavily promoting micronutrients. Most "junk" food is fortified with vitamins, a solid multi vitamin is hardly expensive. Micronutrient deficiency is not common at all.
-
i quite frequently weight train twice in a day. Been doing it for years, and seems to work just fine.
-
I do crossfit, i ****ing suck at it, but i guess thats why i love it.
-
Even though its touted you only need 1/3 of the volume to maintain muscle mass on a cut provided the intensity remains the same, stick with the program that got you the gains in the first place.
-
Wreck it Ralph. Beast mode.
-
I used toasters Strudel's to bulk. Should have used poptarts i guess. Lesson learned.
-
Sorry couldnt tell.
-
Think thats his problem, i dont call p90x progressive strength training.

1. Deadlifts 2. Strict OHP 3. CGBP 4. Squats 5. Floor Press

There is nothing overly excessive/extreme about your average crossfit class. They are quite scalable to your level, and well "you" determine how hard you wanna push yourself. Its a great social enviroment, everyone is super encouraging and supportive. Most of the time trainers will take you aside if you are having serious…
-
people also dont realize that insulin is also highly anabolic and deemed the most anabolic of all hormones out there. So if you are weight training and trying to build muscle it helps to keep carbs in your diet for this reason.
-
insulin spikes do not make you fat. Over eating will however. Here is a very good break down of insulin and its function in the body. http://weightology.net/weightologyweekly/?page_id=319

hmm, probably 40-50k, thats no bull**** either. Team never full. 9 pecan pies alone is about 27k, add tubs of pb, jam, chocolate.
-
actually 100% of what you eat has chemicals in it.
-
No problem, its likely youve found your maintenance level calories now as youve been at the same weight for an extended amount of time. Dropping out the exercise calories should get you back into loss mode. Failing that recalculate your TDEE using a lower activity multiplier. So if you used lightly active, time to drop it…
-
^this. Why are you eating back exercise calories if you calculated your TDEE (TDEE factors in exercise calories already) ? Stop eating them back, weightloss may then start to happen.
-
no they put things in my grains to make me over eat. Being fat is not my fault.
