I normally just put a high fat low carb sauce on everything to get my fat. Salads, burgers, steaks, veggies...all go good with a great sauce. That helps me. Butter in my coffee in the morning helps since coffee is only 1 cal.

I've been doing Keto for a month now and I love it so far. I like that I can still eat variety of foods that I love! Pizza, burgers, wings, casseroles..all that good stuff! Lol It doesn't feel like I'm restricted at all. Be sure to get your electrolytes in though and drink plenty water. Not sure how long I'm going to do it…

I recently started doing TDEE-20% and Im trying to make sure Im doing it right! So my TDEE puts me at 2000 a day including the -20%. So the calories I exercise off I shouldnt eat back or does it really matter?? Im curios to see how this 2000 calories a day is gonna work :-)

I've lost about 15 pounds and gained it all back so I know the feeling even though mines was a small amount. Good thing is you done it once so you can do it again!!
