Hello, For about 6+ months now I have been reading up on Paleo and doing it on & off. I reviewed the past week entrys in your food journal. I would say that you need to cut the grains completely...All wheat, barley, oats, rye, rice, corn, etc.. I think if you did this you would see much faster results towards your goals.…

Don't be scared, think of it as a challenge and once you cross that finish line you'll think completely different. Just take your time, jog/walk when needed, enjoy yourself and have fun!

I bring Yogurts, VitaTops, granola bars for snacks and lunch I always have Amy's Kitchen meals and Burrito's, frozen SteamFresh veggies...if you got a microwave zap them up and they are ready to go!!
