I'm going to copy and paste what I just posted on another thread about Herbalife. In desperation I tried using herbalife for a few months. I had a friend who sold the stuff and swore by it. Yes it did help me drop a few lbs but it wasn't long before I started to hate the shakes. I just love real food too much and hated…

In desperation I tried using herbalife for a few months. I had a friend who sold the stuff and swore by it. Yes it did help me drop a few lbs but it wasn't long before I started to hate the shakes. I just love real food too much and hated eating through a straw all the time. And it was sooo expensive! It cost me $200 a…

Gosh, there are some amazing women on here. Kinda makes me not want to share my photos, lol. I can only hope to achieve some of the gorgeous bellies I've seen on here but I'm starting to think that its just not written in the cards for me. I've lost the weight and happy about it but my tummy seems to be my one last problem…

I used to be a size 14 and now I'm an 8. Every time I go shopping now I grab the size 8, take one look at them and put them back on the rack because I'm certain that there is no way they will fit me. But low and behold after trying on larger sizes in the dressing room, I end up having to get the 8's! Its the strangest…

Well thank you. Thats sweet. And here I was a little bummed that a cashier didn't even bother to check my I.D. at the store today when I bought some wine! The fun part for me hearing you say that though, is that I currently weigh less and look much better than I did when I was a teenager!

You're looking fabulous girl!

Your post made me cry. It struck me on a very personal level because there was a time a few years ago when It would have been me writing those exact same words if only I had known about MFP. I was in despair and suffered from extreme depression. I thought those same thoughts. I knew I wanted it more than anything in the…

Fantastic job Everyone! I love seeing all these great pics. It's so motivating! So I guess its my turn! I'm 25. 5'5, a mother of two (5 year old and a 10 month old) Starting weight was about 175-180 Goal weight was 150 lbs (reached) Current weight 135 lbs ( I knew I could do better. So I did.) 180 ish? Current 135 lbs

I found out I now wear a size 8 pants. Single digits for the first time in my adult life.
-
I don't know who this girl is, I found her pic on Pinterest though and I am truly humbled and inspired every single time I see it. We have the same hair color and complexion too. I love her soft curves. My weight is not so much an issue anymore but I'm going to need to work out more to achieve this. Everythings gone kind…

What if someone peed in the beer?

It depends! With my first son I naively gained 40 lbs which was twice was I needed for a healthy pregnancy. This marked the start of my weight problem from then on. It took me nearly a year to gradually lose 20 lbs and was then forever stuck with the remaining 20, making me officially overweight and unhappy with my body. I…

5'5, 140 lbs and I love it! I'm happier than I have been in years. I'm still continuing with my weight loss in hopes of losing some of the last bit of stubborn belly fat and see just how well I can do but I'd still be pretty happy even if I stayed right where I am. I have met and surpassed my original goal of 150 lbs and I…

Well I don't really have ABS to show per say... But here is what I have accomplished so far. I have a 5 year old son and a 9 month old baby. I'm 5'5, weighed 177 normally, reached 198 lbs with both pregnancies, and am currently at 140 lbs. Still working on it.

Good for you. This YOUR journey. No one elses.

Congrats!!! I can't imagine how excited you must be. You've worked so hard and now to really be able to reap the rewards for your efforts once the extra skin is removed must be a wonderful feeling.

Thanks everyone!

Another twin! How cool!
-
Yes sir. I had my second child in last year in september and hated how big I had gotten with both pregnancies so I decided to do something about it.

I actually get teased a bit for how light complected I am. Not in a mean way but I catch grief from my friends about how pale I am. That with my hair color and all my freckles... I get called a ginger a lot. I had a bottle of tanning lotion tossed to me on this trip and was told to use some. Lol.
-
Thank you! Mine is called a monokini I think. The top is connected to the bottom in the front but not at all in the back. I wasn't brave enough to try a bikini yet with all the stretch marks and little bit of loose skin I still have left on my tummy. Maybe next year!

Badass! Great job!
-
whoops, guess my phone posted that twice!

You guys are making me blush! I still have a hard time not thinking of myself as the fat girl in the first pic. I guess it takes time for my brain to catch up with the progress my body has been making. In the meantime it still feels very strange to be complemented but it's a good type of strange :)

My first one was 8 lbs even and my second was 8 lbs 1 oz. Big babies but not huge. Most of my stretch marks came from my first pregnancy. I gained way more weight than I should have (about 40 lbs) while naively thinking it would all fall right off after the baby was born. WRONG.

We are tummy twins! Our kids are almost the same age as well and get this. I went to college for graphic design... and never finished. Lol.
