SW: 163 Week 1 : 159 Week 2: 159 Total loss : 4 lbs Well, I didn't lose anything but between my increased weight training regiment and That time of the Month this week, I suppose that is to be expected. Sigh! I still have plenty of time to lose those last 2 lbs though.

I'm celebrating that for the first time, I can actually SEE a difference in my progress pictures that I take every few weeks. The lbs have been drooping and my clothes have gotten bigger and bigger so I knew I was doing good but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't SEE it. Today I can and I'm so excited. Before Today

I'm making you my new inspiration. I'm also 5'5 and started out 177lbs. I'm over halfway to my goal of 150 lb though I'm hoping to pass that goal. It would be a dream come true if I could look like you when I'm done.

I realized that I have had to keep pulling my pants up every few minutes to keep them from sliding right off! I already dropped a jean size and bought new pants last month. I now have to roll the top of those new jeans over to keep them from sliding all the way off as I walk ( I don't have a belt yet. I always thought the…

I love going to the gym but so far I have only been able to go once a week for about an hour and a half as a guest with a friend. Although last night we hit it harder than usual once I told her about my goal to lose 6 lbs for this challenge. We were there for over 2 hours. That's about to change though. I am getting my own…

Same problem! I tried playing Skyrim while on my exercise bike. HAHAHA!! Toooo uncomfortable and I'd find myself just sitting there so absorbed in my game that I don't even know when I stopped cycling. I just have to set a time limit for myself on the video games.

Are we counting our mental well being as part of our health? In that case, feeling comfortable and confident in my own skin is what is really driving me. Being fat is bad for my self esteem :( I'm not (in my opinion) quite heavy enough to be too terribly worried about it effecting my health though I think it's incredibly…

19 lbs is nothing to be down about! That's the glory of being a woman though isn't it? We bloat! My weight can fluctuate 5 lbs or more a day. It can be depressing but I just have to remind myself to stay positive. Hope you feel better!

My son has made this observation of me as well before. There will come a day though when they understand how hard you have worked for those 20 lbs. Stay positive!

Hello, I'm Paige. 6 lbs will officially make me pre pregnancy weight, a goal that has alluded me for the last 4 years now! It's amazing to me to think I might finally reach this goal after being convinced for the last few years that it wasn't possible, but here I am 4 months postpartum from my second child and I am so…
