I am hoping to start insanity on Monday as well. I am borrowing it from a friend so hopefully I will c her this weekend. I feel motivated so I want to take advantage of that. I want to stick with it but I am worried I won't. Motivation and support would be great

This is my first time doing this. I need a swift kick in the butt to get going so here goes nothing. SW:198.6 CW:170.2 HE:166 I plan on walking 3 miles a day 4 days a week at minimum. I will be doing strength training 3 days a week.

I always do my diary first thing in the morning. I leave myself with some calories to spare so I can have a snack here and there. I never know what I might crave.

I would definitely rest until it is better. I have experienced pain like this often. The closer you get to being in better shape and the more active you stay the better it will be. Sometimes when my pain is bad I am still able to walk to stay active. Stretching is important! My hamstrings are tight and that causes my pain…

I am in the same boat. I have lost some inches in the belly but not enough. i would be down another size otherwise. I am stuck with a baggy but and thighs until i lose some belly

I had to modify things throughout the whole thing. My plan is to sometime go back and do it again with less modifications.

After posting this yesterday and getting most answers saying no undies. Well I took off the undies. I walked, ran and did ripped in thirty. No issues! I even had company over and I was in my work out clothes and I felt better with no undies because there wasn't any ridiculous lines

I am on level 2 I thought the first level was easy compared to level 3 of the shred. Level two is not easy. The planks are killing my shoulders

Thanks for all the suggestions and opinions. I think I am going to try commando. I don't want to go spend money on stuff when all I have to do is take them off. Lol. I hate thongs but I like the no lines so commando is really what I will try.

Boy shorts give me a wedgie when I work out. I learned that the hard way.

In My opinion 27 mins. I did the shred and it was twenty minutes. I logged it as circuit training for 20 minutes.

I have lost 30 lbs and almost a whole cup size. I am wearing a 38c but I feel like there is room in there and I should get refit. Before my 2 yr old I was 38 d. I miss my boobs but I don't miss the weight.

Cream and sugar in my coffee ( took me a year to get to this point) Soda( quit drinking it a long time ago) Alcohol during the week pasta for lunch and no more than twice a week for dinner

I don't ever plan on tying up my dog on my property! My dog lives a great life tying her up would be awful.

I agree. The first week is free and then it is $4/week. I thought of trying it to see and just do it for the 30 days but probably won't do it. I eat well anyways.

I make mine using coconut oil and love them. I also add onion powder and garlic powder. I had my boyfriend try them and he wasn't impressed. Lol atleast he tried.

I push a stroller with a 30lb baby an I have a 60 lb pit bull on a leash. I have no clue how to track that. I even jog in spurts so I guess I will just make something up that sounds reasonable
