I am on day 7. I can Plank for almost two minutes but the challenge ends at five minutes. I can't imagine doing that but I want to.

Use it just like beef. If u make burgers you will have to add an egg or sometimes I add bacon grease.

I have done it a few times. The first time I lost 8lbs in the three days. But I gained half of it back even though I exercised and ate well the rest of the week. It's hard to do but I think it's a good jumpstart to a diet. When I lose motivation I sometimes do the diet to get me motivated again.

This week I have lost 7lbs. That's because it's my first week back on track after slacking all summer. I have eaten well and exercised daily. I am not expecting to keep losing at this rate.

I went and checked out moxie falls and Huston falls last weekend. Both very beautiful but the hiking is not the kind of workout I am looking for. A little too short bit awesome.

I have heard horrible things about her site. I love her workouts and when I started doing ripped in thirty I contemplated signing up but quickly learned from others that it's a pain. Hope you figure it out.

I have a 4 1/2 year old female pit bull named zella. She is my best friend.

I hiked mt. Cutler in Hiram on Saturday. I did it with Zella and kensie was on my back. It was 3.5 miles. It took us 2 1/2 hours. My legs are still sore. On August 25th I am doing a 5k in Portland. Run for the fallen. I plan on doing another one in September that one is in Gorham.

I walk 3 miles about 4x a week. I hike a mountain about once a month. I have been doing a 5k/month so I train a little for those. I just started insanity so that is a lot of cardio. I also strength train about 30 mins 3x /week. So I guess a lot

Sit ups! I really hate them and they make my lower back and tail bone sore.

I do my fit test today during my daughter's naptime. I am a little scared but determined. This should be a good kick in the butt.
