I am always in a bind at lunch, especially next week when classes go back in session so I figures I would share my fast lunch ideas and try to collect others that way there is a quick reference board! List the calorie amount if you can!

Today I had the following:
Town House - Flatbread Crisps Crackers Sea Salt & Olive Oil, 8 Crackers 70 calories
Kraft Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip, 1/2 Tbsp 55 calories
Deli Sliced Turkey Breast Roast, 2 slices 50 calories
Sara Lee - 100% Whole Wheat Bread 1 slices 60 calories
Baby Carrots 1.5 oz 17 calories
Del Monte - No Sugar Added Mandarin Orange Fruit Cup, 1 cup 40calories
Total calories 292! It was filling and had flavor too and took only about 2 minutes to make!

Alot of times I bring leftovers from dinner the night before to reheat in microwave - especially if I know I'm not cooking that night. That way I eat my "heavier" meail early and because I work out in the evenings so I get some good protein & veggies in me to fuel my body for later.

But most of time, its some sort of wrap with turkey & veggies. I like carrots on the side with the 100 calorie pack Wholly Guacamole. Every now & then if I have extra time in the morning, I throw together a salad with just turkey, cheese & slivered almonds on it. I put the "wet" ingredients such as black olives/tomatoes/avacado in a separate ziploc bag to add to my salad later so the lettuce doesn't get soggy. I'm lucky enough to have a fridge at the office where I can keep salad dressings, etc. to be able to do that.
