Hi, think that now I know why I felt the way I did, tried and achy, and I now have tablets, I am able to accept that I need to put the work into my health. I read so much about people not being able to loose weight but I have managed to stop the increase and drop a few pounds.

I like vinegar on everything savoury -pizza, salad, pasta, rice, potatoes etc. people always comment on how yucky but I loves it!

Hi, can I ask about the ratios of carb, fat, protein: I am 5ft 8 female office based nurse who runs slowly lol about 3 times per week, I am doing the couch to 5k. Me carbs seem set quite high at 55 percent, however this said I am a big fruit eater so am nearly always over on carbs, what is the best ratios for minor weight…

Your advice has been really helpful, I've reset my goal to 1/2 pound per week as I was struggling to keep to calories. I now understand better the calories, exercise etc required to loose weight correctly. Thanks soooooo much, jacq

I have just started couch to 5k an on week 4 but have been going for 6 weeks, taking it easy with each stage. I've just been out and feel great. It's definitely an excellent way to Lear to run.
