Fiber one--anything with chocolate- does the trick for me! I get a bar and cut it into bite size pieces(maybe m&m sizes) and put it in a ziplock bag, when I get the urge I will have a big drink of water, and if I still have it than I eat one piece, and then water again. I repeat this through out the day. :) works for me.

Im on Day 4 Week 1 of this workout, so far so good. I can feel the burn everytime I do it! I never tought I would ever say that I'm happy to feel pain. It's a good pain, and I hope its all worth it. I can't wait to see what the results are... I definitely recommend it...

I didn't add the rubber band to my pant's button today, I have been doing these for years because my jeans will not close! I learn this trick when I was preggo, and continued it till today :( One day in the near future I will be able to say that with my size 7 jeans! <3

Did day 1 yesterday night! Is not as hard as I expected, exept for those planks, how on earth do you do them. On several ocassion I did the modify version :ohwell: but really feeling the workout this morning. Will do day 2 tonight!
