So I used a TDEE Calculator and it says I burn 2754 calories if I work out 3-5 days / week and 2134 if I don't work out at all. Where do I go from here?

Im eating by my calories. I am aware of what the starvation mode is. Most days im over by 60-70 cal.

Ive been eating 5 corn thins with 2 wedges of laughing cow herb, as well as some thick sliced cucumbers! I've enjoyed it so far this week!

Those eggs that come out during Easter, rolo, milk cocolate etc.... One little egg was more calories than a regular chocolate bar!! ETA And A & W Mozza burger with Rings!! 1000+!!

Yeah Im trying! The BF told me yesterday I need to work towards a reward, so I think I figured it out. Every Friday I can have a booster juice, if I work out for 5 days for at least 3k each time. Sorry I didnt clarify. He grew up in a big city, so never got his drivers licence. He had his learners when he was like 16, but it has sense expired. He doesnt drive. We've looked at other options, i.e cab .. would be about $400/month.. getting his drivers lisence would take a minimum of 1.5 years so even then im looking…

Only having bread if I have a sandwich for lunch, Working out for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week.. im 5"1.. 228 lbs.. so I think I want to be around 140lbs Erg.
