I'm at 28% body fat percentage at the moment. Its not good at all. I'm aiming for 10%.

I just try to keep that kind of binge type food away from me.

Not even that is natural, due to artificial selection which has changed the composition of milk.

When humans change the structure of things against the course of nature that processes because 'unnatural'. Ice making happens in the course of nature too..also how is cream natural?

Are you going to add something...or...?

I'm an 18 year old male and at the moment I eat around 1500 calories worth of food. This is because to lose 1.5lbs per week. When I get to around 15-20lbs to lose I will go down to losing 1lbs per week instead(therefore eating 2000 calories). 1500 calories will not put you into 'starvation mode'.

What. The second statement make no sense at all. Insulin has no metabolic pathway to be converted into fat.

Personally I get really jittery and have a massive surge of energy after lifting heavy and therefore cardiovascular exercise is so much easier for me! Though if you don't feel the same way then I guess you should wait a while before doing cardio or alternate the days you do cardio and lifting?

Tea is like 99.9% water, there is literally no difference in you drinking plain water and tea.

Not very wise it seems. I'm sure they bathe" their body in bread or pasta..I'm certain they wouldn't take a bath in it though.

MPF sets its protein goal too low, don't worry about going over. Ideally you want to have 1g of protein per 0.5kg of lean body mass.

Yes, that's exactly what they mean. Butter goes through a process, just like margarine does... I don't know why people think one is more natural than the other.

I use this. It works pretty well at higher and average body fats(apparently), but when you get down to athletic levels it gets a bit dodgy(again apparently). Also since its sending small electrical impulses through your body it changes depending on hydration levels, but this can be eliminated if you do it at the same time…

Always weigh naked. Always take a no.1 and 2 before a weigh in. Always have an empty stomach.

Yes. Only if they wanted to though, otherwise they would probably be made to do some other sort of curricular activity.

You know of places that sell fertilized chicken eggs:huh: ...nice!

To lower body fat you need to eat at a deficit. Hope that helps.
-
It refers to abs only being seen when you have a low body fat percentage. To get a lower body fat percentage you need to have a calorie deficit which normally requires calorie counting, which is why they're "made in the kitchen".

Could be other factors. Diet soda drinkers may be more likely to be overweight or obese, and maybe its that which is causing depression not the soda itself.

28 , not sure who I'm guessing for though.

I didn't say anything to go against that..

To all the people that say drinking coffee, fizzy drinks, juice and the ilk doesn't contribute to hydration levels think about it this way. If I drank a cup of warm water then after that I ate some coffee beans..are you telling me that the water I drank before is cancelled out? The body is going to processes a cup of…

Because I'm privileged enough to be able to buy flavored drinks with minimal calories, which I much prefer to the taste of water. I hope that isn't a difficult concept for you to understand..

What you 'feel' isn't right. We KNOW that drinking caffeinated drinks doesn't make you dehydrated.

Erm. I don't live in 'merica but as you should know its a first world country with plenty of rules and regulations surrounding the food industry. Just treat America as you would Europe regarding food, although portion sizes tend to be bigger.

There is no difference between 'real sugar' and 'added sugar', they are treated by your body in the exact same way. Unless you got problems with insulin, sugar should be of no concern. You wont lose weight faster by eating less or more sugar. All sugars will be converted into fat if you eat too much calories during the…

You should of lost some weight. Your body only stops losing weight after extended periods of severe calorie deficits. Something is definitely wrong here.

For the first time I ever I did the strong lifts workout without having to wait. I think its because I'm at a university gym though.
