Soya protein is made from soya beans, where as whey is made from milk. Whey has also been shown to absorb faster into the body than soya.

It could cause 'weight gain' but that would be water retention but not muscle or fat gain.

I just had a cheeky welsh cake, and I have no clue the amount of calories it contained. I had to guesstimate.

Hellman's Lighter than light mayonaise is delicious. Its only 10 calories and for me taste better than the full-fat versions.

Its doesn't matter. Tea = 99% water. Think about it this way...If you drank 1 litre of water and then ate 5 grams of tea powder would you not count the water because you just ate the tea powder?!?

What do you mean by healthy? The most nutritious food..lowest calories per gram..? If your going for low calories, you could always have various vegetables to dip into salsa..etc.

Your body uses all the protein. If you have excess calories your body may convert these animal proteins into long-term lipid storage, but in a calorie maintenance or deficit situation animal proteins you ingest will converted by your body into protein which you can utilize.

Fat is an essential part in some of the molecules which form an integral role in your reproductive system, so it could be a possibility. I would see a doctor though.

Mmmmh. Just plain vodka and coke(technically its Pepsi). Actually its everyday value tesco vodka..only £9.35 for 70cl!

Its just a diuretic like laxatives, it makes you have frequent watery poops which gives the appearance of temporary rapid weight loss but not much else.

Mmmhm. You lose weight really quickly the first couple of weeks, but then it normally goes to stable level.

230g of chicken breast. 1 pack of alfresco salad. 30ml of lighter than light mayonaise. (304 calories) A bit crap to be honest.

In the same post you rant about ridicule and disrespect when you do the exact same thing. Sorry but your opinion 'valid' opinion is false. I'm not saying this paleo nonsense isn't healthy(and there's no research to back it up) but it restrict certain food types which don't need to be restricted at all times.

Weight the dry amount of pasta. Input that amount into the calorie counting system MFP gives you.

Your respect seems to be misdirected. Qualifiers for valid opinions include researching into the topic, having some sort of evidence to back up your opinion...not just having 'first hand experience'.
